Forecasts for Flat Prices in the UK for 2010

With the UK property market beginning to pick up again, property rentals will soon tighten up and near extortionate amounts will be requested no more for monthly rent. The average price of houses having tumbled over the past 2 years, is set to fall slightly further in 2010 analysts predict. With the general consensus reckoning another 10% fall across the board for UK house prices. So all going well, and with no shocks to the UK economy, house sales should pick up. Meaning less demand for rental properties, and lower monthly rent values that landlords can command. http://digg.com/u1JuW6
